Physicians working at the Polyclinic Walk-In Clinic are all part of the Polyclinic Family Health Group. Nevertheless, walk-in physicians will accept any patient in our Walk-In Clinic whether they already have a family physician at the Polyclinic, do not have a family physician or have a family physician elsewhere. If you do not have a family doctor, please speak with the Polyclinic Family Medicine secretaries to find out about physicians who are currently accepting new patients at the Polyclinic.
For continued medical care we strongly recommend scheduling a follow up appointment with your family doctor after being seen at the Polyclinic Walk-In Clinic.
- Patients must bring a VALID HEALTH CARD and ALL MEDICATIONS they are currently taking.
- If Health Card is not valid or expired, uninsured visit charge(s) will apply.
- For regular health checks or follow up on the previous test results we recommend you book an appointment with your family physician, if available.
Polyclinic reserves the right to close our Walk-In Clinic registration earlier then posted hours of operation in the event that the volume of patients exceeds physician capacity or on rare occasions if physician on duty has a last minute emergency and we are unable to find a substitute.
